The Seattle Kraken stormed back from a two-goal deficit with four goals in the second period, including two scored just 10 seconds apart, to secure a 5-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday night.

Brandon Tanev scored on a breakaway 7:13 into the second period, followed by Eeli Tolvanen’s power-play goal at 7:23, putting Seattle ahead. Tye Kartye and Will Borgen each added a goal for the Kraken in the same period, while Jared McCann capped the night with an empty-netter. Joey Daccord was solid in net, making 38 saves.

Columbus initially jumped ahead with two quick goals by Sean Kuraly and Zachary Aston-Reese, who scored 22 seconds apart late in the first period. Elvis Merzlikins recorded 28 saves, but the Blue Jackets extended their losing streak to six games.
