Brandon Tanev scored on a breakaway 7:13 into the second period, followed by Eeli Tolvanen’s power-play goal at 7:23, putting Seattle ahead. Tye Kartye and Will Borgen each added a goal for the Kraken in the same period, while Jared McCann capped the night with an empty-netter. Joey Daccord was solid in net, making 38 saves.
